Donor Portal
The donor portal is a convenient place to review and update your personal information, update your recurring gift (if applicable), view your giving history, and print year-end statements.

Instructions
Go to the Giving Portal. We have found using a desktop or tablet is better than the phone version.
The portal will ask you to set up a new account with your email address and a password. The email address is typically the one you get your Gem emails from us.
Follow the steps that are sent to your email to verify the account and then log in.
Your profile information will appear at the top of your screen. Here, you can change your password and update your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment methods.
If you have a recurring donation to the Gem, the top box will show your monthly gift and offer the opportunity to edit it. Additionally, you can scroll down to see your giving history or click on the “Statements” link in the upper right corner to download your year-end giving statement.
From the portal, you can also start a new recurring gift or give a new gift.
